Reservation.

You can make a reservation through our website. If you have any trouble, you can always contact us by phone at: (+33)0765837495

Confirmation.

Upon receipt of your reservation, we will send you a provisional written confirmation with your reservation number and the deposit to be paid. You should always check the confirmation for arrival and departure dates and other details and report any errors immediately.

Payment.

Environmental and tourist surcharge is € 1.50 pppd. The deposit is 50% of the total rent plus any surcharges. You can make the payment after receipt of the confirmation by transferring the amount in Euro to our French account at the Crédit Agricole.Bank account number: FR76 1250 6390 2556 5434 7178 502 by name : Camping Terre Ferme mentioning your reservation number. Any bank charges will be for your own account.If we have not received your payment by the date specified on our provisional confirmation, your reservation will automatically expire without further notice.

Prior to commencing the rental period of any of our accommodations, we request a deposit of €100. Upon departure, both the tenant and the landlord jointly inspect the accommodation.

Final settlement.

Rental: The total amount due for the rental accommodation must be transferred to us no later than 4 weeks before arrival.

Pitch: The total amount due for your pitch must be transferred to us 4 weeks before arrival. In exceptional circumstances and with prior arrangement with us, you may settle the remaining amount upon arrival at the campsite. The confirmation also serves as your invoice.

Cancellation: Only cancellation requests submitted in writing will be processed by us.
- If cancelled from 4 weeks before the start date, we will refund the amount already paid to you;
- If cancelled within 4 weeks before the start date, we will refund 50% of the agreed price to you. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Arrival: The reserved pitch is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival reserved by you. For rented accommodation, arrival is from 15:00 onwards. Without notification from you, the accommodation will remain reserved for you for 24 hours. On arrival, please check in at reception.

Departure: On the intended day of departure, the pitch must be vacated, tidied up, before 11:00 a.m. For rental sites: For departure, please check out at reception. Any outstanding bills must be settled the day before departure.

Early departure:In case of early departure, no refund will be provided and you will be obliged to pay the total rental price including surcharges up to the reserved departure date on your confirmation.

Acceptance Terms and Conditions: Remittance of the deposit and installation on our campsite implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of TerreFerme campsite.
